Opened in December of 2010, Satis Bistro known as a 'hidden gem' sits quietly on a corner in Paulus Hook of Downtown Jersey City. This rustic-chic eatery serves European fare such as charcuterie, seasonal entrees & fine wines. In April of 2012, Satis Bistro acquired a liquor license. In addition to a full bar and signature cocktail list that changes with the seasons, Satis offers over thirty bottled beers and over forty-five wines by the glass, bottle and half bottle. Read more
